All transactions on n9995 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved — what you deposit is credited to your account in PKR and all bets, winnings and withdrawals are calculated in PKR.

All bets placed on n9995 are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed after it has been accepted by the platform — this applies to pre-match markets, live in-play betting and all casino and slot wagers.

Market availability and odds are updated in real time. n9995 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market and reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time without prior notice — for example, during a rain delay or if a match is abandoned.
In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or declared void, n9995's standard settlement rules apply. Void bets are typically returned as a stake refund to your PKR wallet. Where partial results are available — for example, a match that was completed over fewer overs than originally scheduled — settlement will follow the specific rules displayed within that market.
Casino games and slots on n9995 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within the game information panel. Playing casino games involves risk — there is no guaranteed outcome, and past results have no bearing on future spins or hands.
Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings. This includes, but is not limited to, exploiting display errors in odds or balance figures.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of n9995's content without prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the n9995 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data extraction or systematic copying of platform content.
n9995 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and platform stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors beyond our reasonable control, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
To the fullest extent permitted, n9995's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the value of funds currently held in that player's verified PKR account balance at the time a claim arises. n9995 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses.
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on n9995, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
n9995 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a notification on the platform. n9995 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
In cases of confirmed breach — including but not limited to operating multiple accounts, collusion, fraud or money laundering — any balance held in the suspended account may be forfeited in full. n9995 will provide written notice of suspension where legally and operationally possible.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. On closure, any verified PKR balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
